Bowling Green Auto Repair

I’m usually not one to write reviews about places and businesses, but I just want to take the time to reiterate just how truly amazing this place is. Before moving to Bowling Green I had always worked on my truck myself or had mechanics I trusted and knew from my small town work on my vehicles for me. I was very uneasy on where I should take my truck for repair when I first moved here, but I stumbled upon Lee Myles Auto Care driving down the bypass one evening and i could never say anything less than how thankful I did. From the very first time I came I have never been treated with the upmost respect and care than any auto shop I’ve ever been. Keith and the mechanics have taken care of me from day one. I have never once felt as a bother to call anytime I have questions about my vehicle, (which sometimes is often) and nomatter what I have to ask, Keith is always there to stay on the phone until he feels sure I know everything I called to ask about. From the amount of quick and professional work on my truck to the friendship Keith and Lee Myles Auto have given me, I don’t feel I have more trust and respect for ANY business that has taken care of me in my life. Over the past 6 months Keith and the guys have worked on my vehicle and my wife’s countless times and i wouldn’t think of relying on anyone else. I don’t think I’ve ever felt at ease and relieved when I have left a mechanic shop, until I came to Lee Myles. If you haven’t tried bringing your vehicle by Lee Myles Auto Care, I truly hope you consider it in the future. I promise you, you won’t regret it.

I brought my van in to have the passenger sliding door fixed. It would not close. When it went into the shop they told me that there was nothing wrong with the door and it worked perfectly. Put air in my tires and said “No charge” . I so appreciate the kindness and honesty. I’ll return to Lee Myles and tell friends they need to bring their business to them. Thank you.

their professionalism and upfront honesty on the repairs for my van was refreshing. they have become my new car care center. Hopefully will not need their services, but if I do, their phone number is in my phone.

Man these guys are awesome! On short notice I went in early to get my spark plugs and coils replaced in the new truck I bought a couple of months earlier and I couldn’t have expected better service. The Auto parts store I went to sold me the wrong parts and Keith offered to drive me back to the store to replace the parts and then he even offered to drive me home while I waited on my truck to be serviced which I have never experienced with any other shop. Usually I’m a little hesitant going to shops because of a few experiences with places over charging me on labor but while I was at Lee’s if they encountered a problem removing the plugs that would cause the labor time to increase they would bring me in the back to show me exactly what they’re doing and how they were doing it. Great guys all the way around. If you’re not coming here for your auto repair needs you’re messing up.

Good and honest mechanics are becoming more and more of a rarity in today’s society. And Lee Myles is by far the most knowledgeable and good hearted set of mechanics that my father and I have come across. They’ve really worked with me when I was in a tough spot. I won’t ever take my car anywhere else. I will recommend them to everyone I know

Everyone at Lee Myles was kind and knowledgeable. The most important thing to me was that they listened to me about the history of the problem I had with my car and they were able to resolve the issue. It's hard to find that kind of service these days.
