Took my ‘07 VW Jetta here to fix an oil leak. Highly recommended.

From the phone being answered by the nicest voiced young woman, Ashton, to the gentleman, Keith, that explained what was done on my daughter's car Lee Myles Transmissions is as professional and kind a group of folks I could imagine. They diagnosed my daughter's car, charged the battery, and made sure they knew what had caused the issue and gave me directions for going forward so she doesn't have this problem again. I am so grateful for their service because they took care of my little girl (she, of course, would kill me for calling her that but I call em from the heart). If you have an issue with you're vehicle I can not recommend a place more than Lee Myles Transmissions. They have integrity that bolsters their mechanical knowledge. It's important to have any repair or service done right so this will be the automotive service I'll use as long as my daughter (and soon to be my son) living in Bowling Green. I’m usually not one to write reviews about places and businesses, but I just want to take the time to reiterate just how truly amazing this place is. Before moving to Bowling Green I had always worked on my truck myself or had mechanics I trusted and knew from my small town work on my vehicles for me. I was very uneasy on where I should take my truck for repair when I first moved here, but I stumbled upon Lee Myles Auto Care driving down the bypass one evening and i could never say anything less than how thankful I did. From the very first time I came I have never been treated with the upmost respect and care than any auto shop I’ve ever been. Keith and the mechanics have taken care of me from day one. I have never once felt as a bother to call anytime I have questions about my vehicle, (which sometimes is often) and nomatter what I have to ask, Keith is always there to stay on the phone until he feels sure I know everything I called to ask about. From the amount of quick and professional work on my truck to the friendship Keith and Lee Myles Auto have given me, I don’t feel I have more trust and respect for ANY business that has taken care of me in my life. Over the past 6 months Keith and the guys have worked on my vehicle and my wife’s countless times and i wouldn’t think of relying on anyone else. I don’t think I’ve ever felt at ease and relieved when I have left a mechanic shop, until I came to Lee Myles.
